Delivery/Shipping

Stuart Cromwell Trailer Sales provides free delivery of all new trailers within 100 miles of our offices (500 miles on new horse and livestock trailers). Deliveries of used trailers, new trailers outside above distances, and parts and accessories may be charged a reasonable amount. Stuart Cromwell will attempt to notify the customer of any such fees, but regardless of notification such delivery or shpping such fees shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Stuart Cromwell Trailer Sales generally does not accept returns except under the following circumstances:

• A new trailer purchased within thirty-days has an obvious manufacturers defect and the customer requests specifically request a return or exchange in lieu of warranty coverage.
• A trailer purchased within 6 months was grossly and intentionally misrepresented by us or or duly authorized representative.
• Any circumstance of buyer protection which falls under the pervue of local, state, or federal statute.

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. However, Stuart Cromwell shall not be responsible for any case of negligence or abuse by the end-user. Nor assume any liability regarding the suitability of a particular trailer or accessory for a particular use or set of circumstances.
